NCF provides customized technical assistance to housing and worker cooperatives of all shapes and sizes. We work with start-ups, established cooperatives, and owners of properties or businesses considering conversion to cooperative ownership. Our staff and consultants bring experience and insight to all aspects of starting and running a cooperatively-owned business.
NCF hosts a variety of training and continuing education workshops and conferences for our existing co-op clients, including an annual housing co-op conference called Common Ground. NCF publishes a bi-monthly newsletter as a service to our Midwest ROC program clients called The Cooperator.
Common Ground Conference
Training & SUPPORT for housing cooperatives
Common Ground Conference is a conference designed and hosted by NCF for leaders of housing cooperatives. The conference provides an opportunity for new and veteran leaders to exchange ideas, share wisdom, and build new leadership skills.
