The Common Ground Conference is designed for leaders, resident-members and on-site staff of resident-owned cooperatives. Common Ground provides an opportunity for new and veteran leaders and members to exchange ideas, share wisdom, and build leadership skills. This marks the seventh year Northcountry Cooperative Foundation is sponsoring the conference. Over the course of a week, NCF has scheduled important conference sessions focused on Telling Your Co-op’s Story- telling your story to potential members (marketing), telling your story to funders (grant writing), and telling your story to potential allies (municipal partners, contractors and vendors, philanthropies, and legislators.)
